Overview for T-Shirts Only

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Custom or personalized items are NOT eligible for returns.

Returns are subject to approval by Sparkle and Spice Designs. Items must be unused and in the original packaging, and a return request must be completed  using the Contact form on the homepage of this website, within 24 hours of the your order arriving at your home. 

If your product is not custom/personalized or a Sale item, then your returned item is subject to a 5% return/restock fee and a return shipping fee. After, receiving the shipping label from me, it must be shipped back to me within 3 business days, or the return will be canceled. Once I receive the return, you will recieve an email stating the determination of approval or rejection of your refund, and it is determined that the product is in new condition, and not used at all, the remaining balance minus the 5% return/restock fee and minus the shipping fee will be refunded to your account.

If you are receiving a refund, and it has been 5 business days, without the refund showing up in your account, then please do the following:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then please contact me using the contact form at the top of the homepage in the menu located in the upper right corner of the homepage.
