Wood Rounds Designs are NOT RETURNABLE
Each wood round is individually handmade and may contain slight variations that make your piece uniquely yours.
Because every item is crafted by hand:
- Ribbon placement, florals, embellishments, and decorative accents may vary slightly. All greenery and bows are secured to wood round with staples.
- Wood grain patterns, knots, and natural markings will differ from piece to piece.
- Designs use permanent vinyl, paint that is sealed, and an overall clear coat.
- The back of the rounds are painted with sealer, and come with ribbon to use for hanging your completed design.
- Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor, phone, and tablet screen settings.
- Handmade items may contain minor imperfections that are characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
- No two wood rounds will be exactly alike, even when created using the same design.
- Seasonal or specialty embellishments may occasionally be substituted with comparable materials of equal quality if a particular supply becomes unavailable.
- During shipping, the box with become flattened, and will require fluffing back up before hanging.
- All designs will be shipped in a cardboard box that has a Handle with Care/FRAGILE sticker on the front, with bubble wrap around the design, and shredded paper as filling.
- Direct sunlight may cause your design to ‘age’ more quickly. Your design is recommended for indoor use, or displayed on a covered front door or porch.
- All wood round designs are NOT RETURNABLE. Please read the Return and Shipping Policies. You can find them in the menu in the upper right hand corner of the homepage.
