ORDER QUESTIONS

• I placed an order and now I want to cancel the order.  Changes or cancellations of orders CANNOT be made once the order is placed.
• I have a coupon code and I forgot to use it during checkout, can you add it for me? Once you check out I CANNOT add the discount code.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

• How do I know if my package was shipped? Use tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you via email. You may need to check your spam or junk folders in your email account.
