Processing Times

All orders are hand made to order with care. Please allow 5-10 business days (a business day includes Monday – Friday)  (No weekends or holidays) for processing your order, before your order ships. Custom or personalized items may take a bit longer depending on design complexity. I do everything in my power to get your order completed and ready for shipping. These products are all homemade.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days. You should receive a confirmation email stating when your order is shipped and a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. 

Please remember that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Rates

At this time, May 2nd 2026, I have build shipping costs into the price of each product. This may change in the future. 

Multiple Items

In some cases, if your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to either ensure faster delivery or reduce shipping costs. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please, please, please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sparkle and Spice Designs is NOT responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. You will be notified if your order requires extended production time.
